POPCORN:

We use several varieties of popcorn like white, yellow, butterfly, mushroom, and jumbo mushroom. Every variety type has a specific use and some are better than others, depending on the application. There are two major types of popcorn kernels: butterfly popcorn, which is also referred to as snowflake popcorn, and mushroom popcorn. Each kernel type yields popcorn that is unique in structure, which gives each a specific application.
